Optimum Supported Housing Ltd is a registered limited liability company registered with CQC as stated above as a specialist company providing high quality supported living services and domiciliary care agency support services for adults aged 18 and over, people with learning / physical disability and mental health problems. We offer support to service users to live independently as possible in their own homes and encourage service users to be in control, we support them to set their goals and aspirations. Our emphasis will be to uphold dignity of service users and to maximize their independence and choice. OSH provides DBS cleared qualified and experienced staff. Our company offers a team of diverse workforce as we have careers and support workers who are bilingual and multi-lingual from various ethnic backgrounds.
