Covid-19 Information

Optimum Supported Housing provides an environment that clients, families, staff and communities are proud of. We are facing global unprecedented challenges presented by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), but our team at OSH will continue to provide our customers quality services.

We recognise the effects of COVID-19, therefore we actively monitor the recommendations and guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO)Centers for Disease Control and Prevention  (CDC) and the National Health Service (NHS) for our trained caregivers in order to reduce the risk of the illness.

In this time of extreme uncertainty we believe that the best way to keep those in our community safe is to exercise an abundance of caution. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of both families and carers. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our office at any time.

Covid-19 Symptoms

According to the CDC, the symptoms of COVID-19 may appear in as few as 2 days or as long as 14 days after exposure. Reported illnesses from several confirmed cases ranged from mild symptoms such as fever and cough to more severe symptoms including weakness, breathing difficulty, pneumonia, and severe acute respiratory syndrome.

Symptoms may be similar to common cold and flu so if you have any symptoms of respiratory illness, contact your primary physician for guidance.
